Inglis House Family Council

About Us

Inglis House Family Council consists of family members and friends of Inglis House residents. We were established in 2023 by a diverse group of individuals who are passionate about maintaining Inglis House as a beacon of hope and source of quality nursing care for adults with disabilities.

Our Mission

The mission of the Inglis House Family Council (Family Council) is to provide an independent, self-governing structure for families and friends of residents to promote and improve the quality of life of all residents of Inglis House.

The Family Council will:

  • Meet on a regular basis to discuss and take actions related to improving the care, well-being, and quality of life of all Inglis House residents.

  • Serve as a resource to support and educate family members and friends of residents about the Inglis House community and topics of interest related to long term care for adults with disabilities.

  • Communicate with and make recommendations to Inglis House leadership, administration, and staff for the purpose of promoting, achieving, and sustaining the best quality of life possible for all Inglis House residents.
